ProntoBev Receives $100,000 Investment from Shark Tank’s Mark Cuban

ProntoBev

Alexander Simone of ProntoBev, the 30-second wine chiller, pitched his way through the Shark Tank to get a $100,000 investment in the company from Shark Mark Cuban. This was hot on the heels of a March 2017 Indiegogo Campaign which was funded over 216% in September 2017 with over $60,000 from eager backers. ProntoBev came to Rainfactory for our advertising and crowdfunding strategy. We nailed it, helping him nail his pitch.

On the show, after some valuation back-and-forth, Cuban opted to go out, despite admitting that he appreciated the product. As the other Sharks debated the value of the company and product, Cuban played coy. But, after listening to arguments between the other Sharks and Simone, Cuban decided jump back in suddenly with an offer that ProntoBev couldn’t refuse.

ProntoBev’s success in building their initial product, which was initially offered through a very successful crowdfunding campaign, carried them into another successful investment from Mark Cuban. We hope they celebrated with a perfectly-chilled glass of wine.
