LynQ Raises $6M Seed Round Post-Indiegogo Campaign Success

In 2018, Rainfactory got to help Lynq Technologies, Inc. get off of the ground with a $1.7 Million Dollar Indiegogo campaign. Since then they have been going on to spread their mission with the masses. Read more about what they have recently accomplished in the excerpt below from FinSMES.

Lynq Technologies, Inc., a Brooklyn, NY–based deep-tech startup that connects people and devices across miles without infrastructure, raised $6m in seed funding.

Backers included ff Venture Capital, Sony Innovation Fund, Chetrit Ventures, and Plus Eight Equity Partners. In conjunction with the funding, John Frankel, Partner at ff Venture Capital, joined Linq’s board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand the team and further develop scalable opportunities around its core technology.

Led by Dave Shor, founder and CEO, Karina Costa, President, and Matthew Misbin, co-founder and head of business development, Lynq Technologies uses its decentralized and private network protocol to allow devices to transmit data for miles without cellular networks or infrastructure. The company’s software can be integrated into any device, each creating their own private, decentralized network capable of communicating low-bandwidth data over miles with any device that is “connected by Lynq.”
